The WEL Symposium brings together women leaders from across California to understand education’s evolving landscape and uncover the bold moves needed to navigate it. By connecting female leaders within the same district or region, participants expand their networks and support the progression of other women.
The Ready for Anything Institute brings together school/district teams to undertake a systematic approach to address a current problem of practice from the organizational and human side of the issue. Participants are guided through a strategic process to nail down the boundaries of their problem, understand different pain points, identify opportunities for redesign, and create a ripple effect for lasting change
The College and Career Pathways Institute brings industry, community and education together to discuss innovative ways to integrate Career Technical Education (CTE) with college prep (like A-G requirements) through strong partnerships with colleges, employers, and state initiatives (like California’s Golden State Pathways) to offer hands-on learning, skill development, and clear maps for degrees/certificates, ensuring students gain in-demand skills for future-ready jobs.
