Dr. LaFaye Platter

Dr. LaFaye Platter has a passion for helping organizations function more effectively. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Dr. Platter’s work in the fields of education, finance, marketing, and commercial real estate has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of the political and cultural influences that affect the success of organizations.

In 2017, Dr. Platter retired as the Deputy Superintendent of Human Resource in the Hemet Unified School District in Southern California. She is a highly sought-after speaker, facilitator, and coach that guides teams to analyze problems, think strategically, and develop plans that make life better for all stakeholders.

Dr. Platter has developed a simple, yet proven, model to guide organizations in solving complex issues with fidelity. This model, known as E4, takes teams through a four step process – Expectations, Execution, Evaluation, and Exit Strategy – to power up their effectiveness and outcomes. Dr. Platter also coaches site and district leaders to build on the skills they already have to ensure they thrive in their current role and continue to improve over time. 

Dr. Platter’s professional development approach is tailored to ensure all participants are engaged and energized throughout the sessions and they leave with skills that can be used immediately.  She works closely with your organization’s leaders to design training and support models that align with key workplace goals and objectives.
