Today’s problems are messy, non-linear, and forever mutating. While it’s tempting to blame our problems on people, politics, past practice, or the pandemic educators must re-think our attempts to fix things.

The Ready for Anything Leadership Institute brings together school/district teams to undertake a systematic approach to address a current problem of practice from both an organizational and human side of the issue. Participants will be guided through a strategic process to nail down the boundaries of their problem, understand different pain points, identify opportunities for redesign, and build capacity to create a ripple effect for lasting change. Using short cuts and re-engineering, teams will uncover ways to isolate problems and apply solutions more quickly and effectively.
